JOB SUMMARY:
- Assist the Immigration team for preparation, submission, collection, and follow up approval with the relevant authorities on all assignment relating to Immigration services.
- Assist immigration team in administration work, such as printing documents for submission, send the documents to other engagement team member for submission, etc.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Submit applications related to work/stay permits and other permits to the relevant government offices.
- Perform regular follow up to the government offices for all submitted applications and ensure that the completion date based on the agreed timeline.
- Assist delivery of original expatriate document to client premises.
- Assist completion of relevant government forms required for submission.
- Provide update to Immigration team on any announcement made at the government offices
relating to process and procedure.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Good communication.
- Proactive and highly motivated.
- Willingness to travel out of town.
