Develops, educates and executes the company strategy and solution offerings though through existing and new channel partners.

Role will be specific to the channel and Panduit business, which may be aligned to: distributors, system integrators (Sis), installers, contractors and Value Added Resellers (VARs) within a broad geographic area for the purpose of building awareness of Company products, services and solutions; educating them on how to leverage Panduit products and programs; securing preference for Company products, and motivating them to promote Panduit on discretionary business. Where the role is regional, the CAM may be required to manage more than one channel partner.

Drives market share growth and displaces competitive products. Collaborates with channel partners to build a unique product and services positioning that defines their competitive differentiation in the marketplace. Drives process to facilitate doing business with Panduit, and improves our profitability with the channel by having a strong understanding of the channels’ business processes with Panduit Business focus.

Technical expert with depth or breadth of knowledge within own area.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing, expanding business geographical reach, and developing focus business segment to achieve assigned focus distributor incremental sales target.
  • Duties of a channel account manager shall include Indonesia base business market research, build up a program with assigned focus distributor to improve channel base business, as well as continuous development on new channel partners ecosystem.
  • To enable and carry out new channel partners acquisition, partner signup, onboarding, training, co-development on business opportunities, through channel business program, promo and enablement policy
  • Managing assigned distributor business through project registration; and fostering relationships between channel partners and our distributor.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in ICT field of studies.
  • Experience in e-commerce will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience as account manager / channel account manager in IT distribution company with nationwide business coverage is an advantage.
  • Excellent relationship building and convincing skills are essential.
  • Ability to build, manage, maintain channel business local programs under the umbrella of regional channel partner programs by regional HQ.
