2. YGEIA, our latest project focuses on Quantum science. By utilizing advanced technology and the science of information, our devices work to counteract the detrimental effects of electromagnetic smog emitted by various electrical and electronic devices. Aiming for rejuvenation and regeneration, our technology works by informing human cells and organs using scalar wave devices

Design savvy with attention to detail and a good memory, the Product Manager is active on all fronts and ensures communication at all levels. Methodical she is fast and efficient in organizing collaboration of cross-functional teams. She has the drive to bring innovative products to market

JOB DESCRIPTION
She combines a deep understanding of the mass-tige industry with strong project management skills, working closely with design, QC, supply chain (merchandising, production, warehouse) and marketing teams to bring high-quality, trend-driven products to market in a timely manner.
KEY ASPECTS

5. QC (QC PIC will learn everything from PIC Product)
Ø Backend of R&D Development is Sourcing to Sampling (including managing the development team and vendors)
Ø Frontend of R&D Development is Documentation & Communication.
An Assistant is provided to share this tasks
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams – design, production, marketing in Internal, and with the outsourced suppliers, to ensure a seamless product development cycle.
- Maintain your style room.
1. SOURCING
- Source and onboard new suppliers.
- Organize sampling efficiently with them; it should align with specifications and expectations.
- Negotiate favourable terms (lead time and pricing).
- Record all relevant data in the dashboard for the Purchasing Team, and complete the handover process.
All sourcing is done at Product level; Purchasing orders bulk quantities based on data shared by PM Purchasing will re-negotiate the price, based on bulk quantities.
2. SAMPLING
- Contribute to mood boards, briefs, and the collection plan.
- Coordinate the internal team to develop samples.
- Coordinate vendors (dyeing, Crafts such as Macrame, Crochet, Beading, Embroidery etc.)
- Order samples in sufficient number and on-time to meet the needs for photoshoots and influencer gifting (marketing team)
3. DOCUMENTATION (admin supply & product)
3.1. Data Supply (Raw material)
- help record the history of sourced items with suppliers. They are used daily during the sourcing; They serve as a Follow-up and as a Reporting tool as well.
- Every Material & Color received should be documented a/f: Supplier / Date(s) / History / Comment. This is valid for all raw materials (fabric, trimming, labelling (composition, hangtags, charms), for colors, and for semi-finished goods.
- Supply should be organized in Catalogues.
3.2. Data Product (Finished Goods)
- must be comprehensive, detailing every construction aspect and including clear instructions and cautions. They serve as a reference to prevent mistakes and minimize quality issues during production.

- (are Internal catalogues to address different audience: Office, Production, Warehouse, Sales & Retail.
- Other are organized: per type of item, color, etc.
- are made by the Art director, but organized by the PM.
3.3. Product financial data:
- BOM,
- Prices (Retail, Wholesale)
- Costs of workmanship (Internal & Sub-cons/Pengepul).
4. COMMUNICATION
Prioritize clear communication in this cross-functional role, keeping internal teams, suppliers, and marketing updated on every development in a timely manner.
4.1. Meetings, to share product details (knowledge & catalogues) to all departments (production and centralized), mainly to QC production team (inline, midline, endline and final), merchandiser, marketing and distribution-sales.
4.2. Publication: this is done by the marketing Dpt., but you have an eye on website, catalogues and VM, to ensure accurate and compelling representation of the product.
5. QC – QUALITY & CONFORMITY
The product manager has followed step by step the development of each new product through trials, obstacles and errors, from and through to the details, before , and even , ensuring each stage meets brand standards.
Hence the PM is well-equipped to share the complete product knowledge with the Chief of QC, and all the QC Teams.
The Chief of QC will maintain this knowledge throughout all teams and will continuously control them to ensure spotless quality and conformity.
