Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Project Manager to lead and manage

security projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operation and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with security projects. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all security projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve project milestones.
• Communication: Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in relevant certifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Security Manager, with at least 2 years specifically in security-related projects (Mining).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in identifying and resolving project issues effectively.
• Has Certified Gada Utama
• Experience in managing large-scale security projects in diverse industries.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
