The role will be responsible for ensuring that proper claims and administration services, the management, handling and all claims and administration related matters meet and align with the business KPIs.
The role deliverables will be based around, but not limited to: Claims Reporting, Data Analyst and Aon Analytic tool implementation and initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
- Prepare claims report for designated client and others as assigned.
- Review claims report provided by the insurance provider.
- Present and provide periodic claims report to client’s HR team.
- Review and monitor SLA claim reporting.
- Evaluate client health and perform analysis.
- Assign project champion related to Aon analytic tools and continuous improvement to operational efficiency.
- Assisting HS team to automate hands-on task for effectiveness and manual operation.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Role Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a similar function.
- People management experience.
