What You'll Do :
- Develop, maintain, and improve relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Work towards achieving revenue targets by identifying opportunities for clients needs and by growing the client base.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, track trends, and identify new markets or client growth opportunities.
- May manage and mentor a team of sales specialists or account managers, providing training and performance management.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track interactions, analyze client data, and manage sales records.
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- Min 3-5 years of experience as Client Development Manager in Priority banking / financial services or Retail Luxury Industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport and fostering positive relationships.
- A deep understanding of the business and market is needed to identify strategic opportunities and achieve sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales/marketing tools is necessary.
