Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Sunday: Day off
About the Role
We are opening a new health-focused café inside a fitness academy in Canggu, offering a wide variety of classes — including dance, boxing, strength training, yoga, and breathwork. We’re looking for two motivated, detail-oriented team members to join us. One will focus on the coffee station (barista role), the other on the smoothie station. Both will share responsibilities in preparation, stock management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
This is more than just a café job: you’ll be part of an active community. An interest in health, fitness, and wellness is a plus, as you will also have access to academy classes as part of your contract.
Key Responsibilities
Main Station Duties
Coffee Specialist: Prepare espresso-based drinks, specialty coffee, and maintain coffee equipment.
Smoothie Specialist: Prepare smoothies and juices, including batching and blending, ensuring consistent recipes and quality.
Prep & Organization
Wash, cut, and prepare fresh ingredients.
Portion smoothie ingredients into individual doses for speed and consistency.
Stock Management
Track daily ingredient usage.
Notify management in advance when stock is running low.
Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
Customer Service
Greet customers with a positive attitude.
Handle orders efficiently and with attention to detail.
General Duties
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and café.
Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
Assist teammates during peak hours.
Requirements
Previous experience as a barista or in a juice/smoothie bar required.
Attention to detail and consistency in following recipes.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and proactive.
Basic English required (to communicate with foreign customers).
Interest in health, fitness, and wellness is a strong plus.
