About the role

The Specialist QA/QC will ensure that the QA/QC department goals are achieved, by following the procedures set out in the TGS.

In this role, you will:

• Generate quality documents for machine rebuild process according to Thiess standards, such as How-To Guides or step-by-step rebuild procedures, commissioning or testing Work Instructions, tooling Work Instructions, update specifications from OEM literatures (SIS Caterpillar), etc.
• Monitoring and managing process documentation during and after production
• Performing verification of all quality documentation after assembly process done
• Control preventive & corrective action plan internally with production leaders to prevent rework issues.
• Making improvement based on data finding on the quality documentation
• Implement the quality system with ISO-9000 provision and requirements.

About you

• Min. Vocational High School with heavy equipment mechanical/auto electrical/welding trade qualification
• Min. 2-year experience in engineering/machine/heavy equipment for rebuild or maintenance
• Able to manage lot of reporting/documents
• Very good understanding of machine rebuild process
• Mechanical / auto-electrical / welding trade background
• Good technical reporting.
• Good technical analysis skill.
• Capable of using Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Have good stress management.
