About the Assignment: This role focuses on acquiring, onboarding, and maintaining potential existing local community members to expand the Commission-Based Task (CBT) agent network.
Jobdesc:
- Onboard existing local community with min. 25 Member/Community (1 Community/Day
- Visit potential community (5 community/day) Manage and nurture the Community acquired via Whatsapp.
- Share updates, success stories, SOPs, and resolve conflicts quickly for Community
-Acquires Organize small-scale events and quarterly offline gatherings to strengthen member engagement.
-Maintain engagement with Community.
- Drive Agents to increase Digital Goods transaction
Criteria:
- Min. 1 year proven experience in community management, event coordination, or learning program operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for grassroots engagement and community empowerment.
