About the Assignment:
This role focuses on acquiring, onboarding, and maintaining potential existing local community members to expand the Commission-Based Task (CBT) agent network.
The Core Objectives:
Onboard existing local community with min. 25 Member/Community (1 Community/Day)
Visit potential community (5 community/day)
Manage and nurture the Community acquired via Whatsapp.
Share updates, success stories, SOPs, and resolve conflicts quickly for Community Acquires
Organize small-scale events and quarterly offline gatherings to strengthen member engagement.
Maintain engagement with Community.
Drive Agents to increase Digital Goods transaction
Essential Experience / Criteria:
1 year proven experience in community management, event coordination, or learning program operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Passion for grassroots engagement and community empowerment.

Location & Duration of the Assignment (in Weeks or Months):
Coverage areas are Semarang & Yogyakarta (reporting will be in Semarang office, but mostly will be in the field)
Compensation, Benefit & Facilities:
Gross Basic Salary : 3.454.827
