JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage our community
- Promoting new & existing products to community groups (offline & online)
- Lead both online and offline community-building initiatives to strengthen engagement, trust, and brand loyalty
- Finding communities to partner with and building communities relationships
- Managing and sustaining community groups
- Relationship management, maintain an up-to-date database of potential partners and collaborations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any major
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Have experience handling communities from negotiation until campaign analysis
- Candidates with personal network with communities is preferred
- Have great presentation skills
- Willing to work in high mobility working condition
- Strong time management skill and have the ability to adapt in fast-paced work environment
