Job Description:
- Act as on-screen talent for various LinovHR video content, including promotional, educational, and entertainment formats.
- Assist in the content production process: from script reading, shooting sessions, to giving and receiving feedback for revisions.
- Deliver information in an expressive, clear, and brand-appropriate manner that aligns with LinovHR's tone and personality.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to generate engaging video ideas and creative concepts.
- Perform independent shooting from home (WFH) based on given directions when necessary.
- Work closely with video editors to ensure final content meets creative and quality expectations.
Key Qualifications:
- Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
- Communicative, expressive, and able to speak in an engaging and persuasive manner.
- Familiar with social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Able to follow creative direction and open to constructive feedback.
- Capable of recording high-quality videos independently using basic equipment (smartphone camera, lighting, tripod).
- A basic understanding of HR or B2B business is a plus.
