Universitas Triatma Mulya International (UNTRIM) in Bali is seeking an inspiring and experienced Coordinator and Lecturer to lead the international higher education course “The Inspirational Coach and Leader.”
About the Role:
You will coordinate the minor and teach international students (primarily Dutch) key concepts and skills related to:
- Leadership development & mindset coaching
- Motivation & personal branding
- Self-awareness & emotional intelligence
- Stress management, resilience, and communication
- Coaching for personal and professional growth
Students are assessed through dynamic formats such as vlogs, seminars, reports, self-reflections, and the execution of a student-led seminar. This course runs four times per year with a maximum of 24 students per period.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Master’s degree (in education, coaching, psychology, leadership, or psychotherapy)
- Has formal coaching certification/training (preferred)
- Experience in coaching, teaching, training, or consultancy
- Familiar with mindfulness or contemplative practices (a plus)
- Speaks and writes fluent English
- Is organized, culturally sensitive, and student-focused
- Committed to at least 3 years
