Team Development & Facilitation:
- Lead high-impact agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews that drive continuous improvement.
- Coach cross-functional teams to break down complex tasks into manageable user stories with accurate effort estimations.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement.
Leadership & Strategic Implementation:
- Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to enhance their capabilities and effectiveness.
- Partner with senior management to ensure top-down adoption of agile best practices.
- Develop and execute agile strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance delivery efficiency.
Process Improvement & Metrics:
- Implement comprehensive metrics and objective measures to track team progress and performance.
- Conduct regular team maturity assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Identify and remove systemic barriers using systems thinking approaches.
Knowledge Transfer & Culture Building:
- Design and deliver targeted training programs and workshops to build agile capabilities throughout the organization.
- Foster an agile mindset and culture of continuous improvement across all levels.
- Clearly communicate agile principles and practices to cultivate organization-wide understanding.
Requirements:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach with demonstrated success stories.
- Proficiency in multiple agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Proven track record implementing agile techniques across diverse organizational cultures.
- Experience coaching teams in large enterprise environments.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong competency with agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, and Azure DevOps.
Preferred:
Professional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
