Key Responsibilites :
1. Develop Creative Strategy
--- conduct in-depth research to develop strategy and standard that strengthen the brand positioning, value and consistency
2. Playbook & System Building
--- build and maintain scalable creative playbooks and brand system that guide everthing about brand.
--- continously evolve playbook based on team feedback, new trend and performance
3. Execution Oversight & Mentoring
--- Effectively communicate & mentoring to ensure alignment and deep understanding between concept/strategy and executor.
--- Guiding and quality control all the creative process to ensure high quality outcomes (planning, shoot & editing)
REQUIREMENT :
- years experience in creative leadership, brand strategy or related fields
- deep understanding of fashion trend and brand, variation of content strategy
- experience building playbook, guidelines or framework
- strong communication skills.
- A porfolio that demonstrates strong creative direction
- able to adapt in fast paced and agile working culture
