3. Leading Team
--- Effectively communicate to ensure alignment between concept/strategy and execution.
---- Mentor Content Creator, Art Specialist, helping them grow, foster ownership and continous self- improvement
---- Backup team that not ready yet to produce content that meet brand standards.
---- Monitor or quality control all the creative process (planning, shoot & editing)
Requirement :
- years experience in creative leadership, brand strategy or related fields
- deep understanding of fashion trend and brand, variation of content strategy
- experience building playbook, guidelines or framework
- strong communication skills, ability to lead and inspire creative team and collaboration
- A porfolio that demonstrates strong creative direction
- able to adapt in fast paced and agile working culture
