Job Description
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly manner
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for information quickly, accurately, and effectively.
- Evaluate customer problems and complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide product or service information and generate interest in offers.
- Make ticketing calls.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school or related.
- Experience Minimum of one year of experience as an inbound customer service/call center e-commerce or marketplace.
- Good verbal communication and clear articulation.
- Have good analytical skills.
- Have an ability to use a computer.
- Understand and comprehend internet shopping operations.
