The Customer Engagement Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive CRM marketing strategies to drive user engagement, retention, and lifetime value across various digital platforms. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing initiatives.

Your main duties in flying with us:

    • Strategic Campaign Development:
    • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, in-app messaging, push notifications, and other relevant channels, aligning with overarching business goals.
    • Champion new approaches and technologies in customer engagement to continuously improve strategy and execution.

    • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    • Develop and present comprehensive reports on CRM campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Rigorously analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, retention rates, MAU/WAU/DAU, penetration rates, LTV, ROI) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Conduct in-depth A/B testing and multivariate testing on landing pages, copy, creatives, segmentation, and automation workflows to maximize campaign effectiveness and business profitability.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with internal counterparts to ensure CRM initiatives are integrated and aligned with broader business objectives.
    • Act as a subject matter expert in customer engagement, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative discipline.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in CRM, User Engagement, or Digital Marketing, with a proven track record of developing and optimizing successful campaigns.
    • Advanced proficiency in major marketing platforms such as AppsFlyer, App Annie, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar CRM/Marketing Automation platforms.
    • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate them into actionable strategies.
    • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate insights and influence stakeholders.
    • Capable of developing strategies and producing content across all CRM channels.
