- Manage, review/ track Personal Banking Portfolio data and insight based on the portfolio data accross channel and products. Support management reporting material to ensure alignment with strategic objective in business review/ presentation.
- Based on the insight give recommendation on the strategies to grow the portfolio and revenue based product for Personal Banking. Identify opportunities for cross selling and up selling
- Collaborate with cross functions units to drive business growth through activities and projects
- Analyse market/competitor trend, customer behavior to identify opportunities and risk and improve personal banking competitiveness
- Lead and strategize Projects on portfolio activities and program to increase revenue through high revenue drive product eg unsecured loan and fee based product
