Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business – they were made just right for you.Responsibilities* Financial & NPL* To achieve portfolio volume as targeted.* To set the overall strategy covering product, portfolio management and marketing strategy and ensure that the execution align with the sales strategy.* To implement cost effectiveness and efficiency across units within the Consumer finance Business.* To ensure high productivity is achieved across units within CF Business* To ensure good quality account booking from all portfolio channels.* Product & Channel* To develop innovative product which suits customer needs* To price the product in line with the risk associated with the product’s profile* Portfolio Management: * To support managing effective portfolio action to support the business activities* To ensure all program meet the designated target* To ensure portfolio indicators as per targeted* Process, Risk & Compliance* To ensure every process within the CF business is aligned with the business objectives and the bank’s policy* To set clear guidelines on applicable risk and compliance within CF Business* To prevent fraud case from happening within the CF business by focusing into 3 key areas (People, Process & System)* To live up the prudent and healthy culture with high integrity and credibilityRequirements* Strategic thinking with clear objectives* Relationship management skill and Conflict handling skill* Strong presentation & communication skill* Unsecured loan product knowledge* Basic credit and collection knowledge in unsecured lending* Basic P & L management skill* Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields.* Bachelor Degree from reputable university* Good communication and interpersonal skills* Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude
