We are looking for reliable and empathetic freelance Customer Service Agents to join our on-demand talent pool. As a representative of our clients’ businesses, you will provide high-quality support through various channels including email, chat, and phone. Work begins when a client selects you for their service needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Communicate effectively with internal teams or escalate issues as needed
- Understand and follow client-specific policies, tools, and tone of voice
- Uphold customer satisfaction standards and brand reputation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role (remote experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- Familiarity with support platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar
- Own a computer/laptop with a stable internet connection
- Flexible availability depending on client time zone and shift needs
Contract & Compensation:
- Freelance / project-based: service begins after client confirmation
- Hourly or project-based pay structure (negotiated per assignment)
- Prompt payment after task completion based on agreed terms
