We are seeking skilled and adaptable HR Generalists to join our freelance talent pool. As an HR Generalist, you will be assigned to projects based on client needs and your expertise, supporting various aspects of human resources such as recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and employee relations. Work begins once a client selects your services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Develop or update HR policies, contracts, and compliance documents
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and orientation procedures
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance issues, and workplace culture
- Manage HR documentation, databases, and reporting tools
- Offer strategic HR insights to clients based on best practices and local regulations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist or specialist role
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Familiarity with HR systems/tools (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer for remote work
Contract & Compensation:
- Freelance / project-based: assignments begin upon client confirmation
- Pay structure is hourly or project-based depending on scope
- Clear agreement on deliverables and payment before project start
