Senior HR and Generalist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Plan and execute hiring strategies aligned with workforce needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
Coordinate with stakeholders on manpower planning.

2. Employee & Industrial Relations

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour regulations.

• 
  

3. Performance Management

• Implement performance appraisal processes and performance improvement plans.
Support managers with feedback, coaching, and development.

• 
  

4. Compensation & Benefits

• Oversee payroll processing and statutory contributions (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, PPh 21).
• Experience using Talenta payroll is preferred.
Ensure accurate records of salaries, allowances and statutory benefits.

5. HR Budgeting, Finance Reporting & Audit

• Prepare and manage the annual salary budget
• Track and report HR costs and forecasts to management.
• Support payroll reconciliation and monthly HR cost reporting with Finance.
Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.

6. Expatriate Management & KITAS

• Coordinate KITAS applications, renewals, and expatriate tax filing.
• Ensure full compliance with immigration laws and maintain accurate records.
Liaise with authorized agencies or immigration offices as needed.

7. HR Policy & Administration

• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HRIS data.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure HR practices meet internal controls and local labour laws.
