What will you do?
- Support the clients to experience Customer delight from welcoming, assisting, and ensuring a smooth service.
- Coordinate appointments for a well-organized schedule.
- Assist and provide services for the client’s treatment
- Process accurate payments effectively
- Address client feedback professionally to resolve issues quickly, to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer database
What are we looking for?
- Minimum diploma degree from any major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or relevant experience
- Experience in a clinic or wellness center
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
