We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with experience in online platforms and live streaming industries. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a passion for supporting users, and prior experience in customer service with reputable technology or internet companies .

Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from users (hosts, agencies, and regular users) and resolve issues encountered on the platform.
- Train new hosts, ensuring they understand platform rules, features, and monetization methods, and provide follow-up guidance during onboarding.
- Fully understand and accurately communicate platform policies, including event rules, revenue settlement, and violation handling.
- Collect user feedback and suggestions, reporting promptly to the operations team.
- Maintain strong relationships with users through daily interactions to improve host retention and engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and summarization skills, with the ability to present information effectively and create training reports.
- Patient, service-oriented, and able to maintain a professional, positive attitude in diverse situations.
- Understanding of online social networking, voice interaction, or live streaming; prior experience in customer service or training preferred.
- Strong learning ability, with the capacity to quickly grasp and adapt to new platform policies and feature updates.
