- Bachelor’s degree from Marketing Communication, Business, Management or any related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Have experience as Customer Service in FMCG Industry for at least 2 years
- Able to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Proven customer handling skills and a customer satisfaction focus
- Familiar with CRM or Marketing Automation platform is a plus
