About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally organised, resourceful, and results-driven Campaign & Workflow Manager to oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and stakeholders. This is a cross-functional role that requires excellent project management discipline, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to drive timelines, processes, and KPIs across marketing, creative, vendor, and operations teams.
You will be the central point of coordination—ensuring campaigns are profitable, timelines are met, SOPs are followed, and issues are quickly resolved before they escalate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end workflow of digital marketing campaigns from brief to execution, across SEO, SEM, paid media, content, and social.
- Coordinate with internal teams (strategists, creatives, tech) and external vendors or partners to deliver assets and campaign deliverables on time.
- Track, report, and analyse campaign performance against KPIs; proactively address bottlenecks and implement contingencies as needed.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for campaign processes, task management, and QA standards.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resourcing across campaigns to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
- Use project and resource management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Trello, ClickUp) to assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and maintain visibility across teams.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on webpages and campaign assets, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and user experience meet standards before go-live.
- Assist in automation and systems optimisation (e.g., dashboards, reports, integrations) to improve efficiency.
- Support strategic initiatives by recommending workflow improvements, tools, or process changes that enhance campaign output or team productivity.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a campaign/project management role in a digital agency or marketing department.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, content) and KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with project management and resource tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp).
- Strong understanding of User Acceptance Testing for web-based campaigns or assets.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills—able to work across teams, resolve conflicts, and drive execution.
- Analytical mindset and comfortable preparing reports or recommending process optimisations.
- Bonus if familiar with marketing automation tools, CMS, or light technical troubleshooting.
