Your ‘day to day’:
- Own the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of SFP e-commerce websites
- Support programs (activation, promotions, and offers) that encourage website engagement, conversion, and channel loyalty
- Optimize the end-to-end e-commerce journey for our customers, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase journey
- Generate report on E-commerce KPI’s to highlight performance and priority areas of focus
- Enhance customer experience by leveraging data & insights also working closely with other departments, such as marketing, content, and CX
- Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the company's online visibility and search engine rankings
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content creation and optimization
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing objectives
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years related experience
- Fluent in English and Bahasa both writing and speaking
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in web/SEO tools
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
