Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).Responsibilities* Perform review for all Telephone and Physical Verification result for unsecured load (CC and PL) from vendor and ensure correctness result base on guideline and SOP.* Create daily defect TV Vendor (VALDO and RDS) for credit card, Cashline & Personal Loan application.* Perform call monitoring/do QC for ensure remark result telephone verification already matched with recording or not.* Perform reconcile for recording file compare with result telephone verification to ensure each result telephone verification have recording file.Requirements: * Good communication skills* Filing/paper management* Detail-oriented* Customer service skills* Time management
