Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).Requirements* University degree in the field of computer science and/or 5 years experience in management team* Experience in managing people management* Familiarity with IT System* Extensive experience with enterprise’s IT security in banking industry, especially related to access management area of focus* Working experience with IDM process and IDM audits and assessments* Familiarity with IT Banking SDLC* Working technical knowledge of AIM, Cyber Ark and ADUCResponsibilities* Manage and configure local application parameters within Enterprise Applications to ensure and align with business needs.* Review and process parameter change requests submitted by relevant departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.* Maintain documentation of all parameter changes, including approval records, user requests, and activity logs for audit and traceability purposes.* Continuously monitor and evaluate the implemented parameters, making necessary adjustments to support operational efficiency.* Collaborate closely with Business and Operations units to translate and implement the required parameter configurations accurately.* Administer updates related to interest rate changes and manage transaction codes in Enterprise Applications, based on requests from the appropriate Business Unit.* Prepare and deliver regular reports on application parameter status and changes.* Provide a support in the implementation of new application projects involving parameterized systems.* Maintain and update parameter-related procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with application policies and regulatory requirements.
