Requirement:
+ Minimum of 15 years of senior management experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development, responsible for developing and executing hospital or healthcare facility growth strategies. Demonstrated success in significantly increasing outpatient (OPD) visits, inpatient (IPD) admissions, and high-value procedures through strategic initiatives.
+ Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, including designing referral funnels from outreach to conversion, retention, and repeat referrals, with measurable results.
+ Experience in product development, including creating packages and engagement programs for chronic disease management, wellness, maternity, and executive health services, tailored to target demographics.
+ Strong background in community engagement, leading hospital participation in community events, health talks, and establishing partnerships with schools and senior centers to enhance brand visibility and patient acquisition.
+ Proven success in organizing targeted on-ground activities based on demographic needs (e.g., geriatrics, women’s health, pediatrics) and collaborating with specialty departments to develop service-line marketing campaigns (e.g., cardiology, neurology, orthopedics).
+ Experience in planning and executing CME events, doctor engagement programs, and referral appreciation initiatives to foster strong relationships with medical professionals and referral sources.
+ Ability to map and analyze referral patterns by geography and specialty to optimize field efforts and maximize ROI.
+ Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels (Google, Facebook, SEO, website, WhatsApp), with experience managing inbound lead funnels using CRM or call centers to ensure prompt follow-up and lead conversion.
+ Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and reports to monitor patient acquisition, revenue, margins, and referral effectiveness; capable of managing metrics such as Patient Acquisition Cost (PAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and channel ROI.
+ Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and foster collaborative efforts across departments.
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, fluency in English (spoken and written). A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is preferred.
