Create detailed technical drawings (shop drawings) for renovation and interior design projects.
Develop technical details for carpentry elements such as built-in and loose furniture.
Coordinate with designers, architects, and on-site teams to ensure drawings meet project and technical requirements.
Revise drawings based on feedback from the design team or clients.
Prepare and manage technical documents and working drawings for presentation and project execution purposes.
Produce 3D visualizations/renderings using SketchUp + V-Ray to support design concepts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Drafter, especially in renovation and interior design projects.
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp with V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong understanding of working drawings and interior construction.Solid knowledge of design principles, building structure, and construction standards.
Great attention to detail and deadline-oriented.
Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
