- Developing a multi-year plan for energy & GHG reduction
- Monitoring of the site energy consumption and analyzing the data
- Identifying energy saving opportunities & leading energy projects
- Maintaining compliance with Energy Regulations and build foundations energy management system based on IS0 50001
- Training and Engaging Operators and Technicians and broader internal stakeholders such as engineering, process and procurement
- Regular Reporting on Energy Performance and main KPI’s
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of energy systems, energy-efficient and low-carbon technologies
- Familiarity with ISO 50001 and local energy regulations
- 3–5 years in energy management, maintenance, or engineering (preferably in manufacturing or energy-intensive industries)
- Proven track record in delivering energy and CO₂ reduction projects
- Hands-on experience in developing multi-year energy strategies (aligned with SBTi targets)
- Strong project management skills (budgeting, execution, risk management)
- Skilled in analyzing energy consumption and identifying efficiency opportunities using EMS
- Ability to lead audits and manage compliance documentation
- Fluent in English
