Job Summary:
The Entry-Level Engineering Staff in Villa Management is responsible for assisting with the maintenance and repair of villa properties. This role involves ensuring that all engineering tasks are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of engineering principles and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Perform inspections to identify and troubleshoot issues in villa properties.
- Support the engineering team in executing preventative maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as required. Provide technical support for villa systems and equipment.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Report any issues or concerns to the Engineering Manager promptly. Work closely with other team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with villa staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated with the latest industry practices.
- Develop a thorough understanding of villa management systems and technologies.
Qualifications:
- SMK, Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in engineering is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and maintenance procedures. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
