Requirements :
- Open for expat candidates.
- Minimum three years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort setting. (Preferably in a Private Members Club)
- Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian culture, traditions, and customs.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Warm, friendly, and approachable personality with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of the guest experience for Indian visitors, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
- Build rapport with guests, ensuring they feel welcome, valued, and comfortable throughout their stay.
- Proactively address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with various departments (housekeeping, spa, restaurants, activities) to ensure all aspects of the guest experience are tailored to Indian cultural preferences.
- Identify areas for improvement in service delivery specifically for Indian guests and propose solutions.
- Stay informed about Indian cultural nuances, festivals, and customs to personalise the guest experience.
- Arrange, promote and Host Indian events on property - increase wallet spend from Indian guests.
- Maintain exceptional guest service standards, adhering to brand guidelines.
