Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all export and import activities. Ensure compliance with Indonesian Customs Law and Ministerial Regulations.
- Must have a sense for abnormality case, knowing & update the common standard related EXIM status each stage from ETD to ETA warehouse, monitoring, summarize, updating and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for import and export processes. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities.
- Create and manage of documents related to import / export operations. Maintain records of all transactions and prepare regular status reports. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Additional work related to EXIM & Receiving activity and update in QAD system and management sheet.
