Responsibilities:
- Mengoperasikan reaktor, kolom distilasi, heat exchanger, separator, dan peralatan lain pada lini produksi fatty acid.
- Menjalankan proses sesuai SOP dan parameter yang telah ditentukan (temperatur, tekanan, flow rate, dsb.).
- Melakukan pemantauan kondisi proses secara berkala, baik manual maupun melalui DCS/SCADA.
- Mencatat hasil pemantauan (logsheet) dan melaporkan penyimpangan.
- Mengambil sampel fatty acid pada titik kontrol kualitas.
- Melakukan pengujian dasar (pH, warna, bau, moisture) sebelum diserahkan ke QC Lab.
- Memastikan produk fatty acid sesuai dengan spesifikasi mutu (contoh: FFA level, iodine value, TFA).
- Mencegah terjadinya kontaminasi silang antar produk.
- Melakukan pengecekan rutin (visual & fisik) terhadap kondisi peralatan produksi.
- Membersihkan area kerja dan peralatan (5S, housekeeping).
- Melaporkan kerusakan mesin ke teknisi atau tim maintenance.
- Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan kerja dan penggunaan APD.
- Melaporkan insiden, kecelakaan, atau kebocoran bahan kimia.
- Mengelola limbah proses sesuai standar lingkungan.
- Menyusun laporan shift, logbook proses, dan laporan penggunaan bahan baku.
- Memberikan laporan ke atasan jika terjadi deviasi atau emergency stop.
