The Core Objectives:
1. Accountable to create a plan and monitor the implementation from the plan
2. Accountable for partner on-boarding, quality assurance, loyalty and retention
3. Support City Manager to ensure high retention rate & increase partners LTV
4. You will make sure our level of service quality to both Customer side is in exceptionally good stage to minimize complaints
5. You expected to manage cost effectiveness/ efficiency against result

Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1. Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
2. Fluent in Google workspace
3. Other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking
4. Experience in strategy and consulting
5. Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
6. Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
7. Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
Location & Duration of the Assignment (in Weeks or Months):
1. Ready to be placed and handle drivers for Tangerang area
2. First Duration 3-6 month
Requirements:
1. Minimum education is D3 in any major
2. Have at least one-year experience in sales & direct marketing job, ideally field-based that involved customer acquisition activity
3. Proficient in using laptop, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and useful mobile applications into day-to-day work
4. Great communication and negotiation skills
5. Own and able to drive a motorcycle as this role might require visits to different location, would be ideal
6. One of 4 roles would specifically cover the Tangerang areas -- need to source candidates who lives in Kota Tangerang
