The Core Objectives:
1. Accountable to create a plan and monitor the implementation from the plan
2. Accountable for partner on-boarding, quality assurance, loyalty and retention
3. Support City Manager to ensure high retention rate & increase GMV Rides and loyalty Driver
4. You will make sure our level of service quality to both driver and Customer side is in exceptionally good stage to minimize complaints
5. You will manage cost effectiveness/ efficiency against result
6. You will drive for communication activity & engagement with the drivers
7. You will make an impact by guarding our partner drivers performance
8. You will develop strategy and engage with driver community to innovate and maintain supply
9. You will support operations and all activities from other verticals that will impact to company business
Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. You have Heart, Hunger, honor, and Humility
2. Minimum 2-3 years of primary experience in sales, partnership, customer relations role
3. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and good command in English
4. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
5. Good project management skills and analytical skills
6. Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
7. Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
8. Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
9. Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
