We're looking for a Fitness Coach to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves. As part of the Coaching team, you'll be part of our mission to improve our consumers' mental and physical health via behaviour science, data science, and digital design.
Who we're looking for
Education / Professional Certification
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science, Physiotherapy, Physical Education or Professional Certificate with:
- American Council of Exercise (ACE)
- National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
- International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA)
- National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
- Federation of International Sports, Aerobic, and Fitness (FISAF)
- Asosiasi Pelatih Kebugaran Indonesia (APKI)
- Have valid CPR certification
AND
Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience with clients from various backgrounds and different health conditions including physical chronic diseases such as obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetic;
- Preferably candidates with physiotherapy experience;
- Keen interest in the application of digital technology;
- Passionate or willing to learn about healthy living, motivational interviewing, and interdisciplinary health care;
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand clients’ underlying problems that need to be highlighted;
- Able to identify and assess client conditions from all perspectives and present solutions in helping clients to reach their goals.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan and conduct fitness consultation, group exercise class, fitness related talks to clients in person and virtually.*
- Provide holistic fitness and physical health support to our members with evidence-based medical and physical health ways to assist them towards making new behaviour changes and becoming their healthiest self.
- Conduct fitness and physical health care processes for the members digitally.
- Review progress of members and provide feedback as physical health education and monitoring.
- Work with other coaches from other disciplines within Naluri to come up with the best customised plan that fits the members.
- Develop lesson content, coaching methods, training materials.
Candidate must be able to travel within the Jakarta metropolitan area or Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek: Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi)
