DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain good operational and relations within Plaza Senayan Food Court and other F&B area tenants.
- Handle tenants’ complaints and provide immediate solutions.
- Record and follow up material/work requisitions for operational needs.
- Check and follow up defects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Diploma degree holder majoring in Hospitality
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end F&B and/or hospitality
- Excellent English skill
- Service oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership qualities, confident, adaptable, and fast learner
- Willing to work on shift schedule, including weekends/Public Holiday and afternoon shifts
