- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) in Tourism, Diploma 3 (D3) in Hospitality, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position (preferably in the hospitality industry).
- Able to communicate well in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
- Neat and professional appearance with a strong service-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in operating Front Office systems.
- Possess multitasking, problem-solving skills, and able to work in a team.
- Willing to work in shifts, including holidays and weekends.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
