Job Responsibilities:
- Check in and check out procedures using the Hotel System.
- Handle Guest inquires, request and complaint.
- Handle process payment and issue receipt.
- Manage room reservation and cancellations.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other Departments.
- Others.
With Qualifications:
- Minimun 1 – 2 years experience in a hotel/villa Front Desk Agent (Reception).
- Well groomed and professional appearance
- Ability work in shifts, including in weekends and holidays.
- Familiar with system (e.g ; Cloudbeds and others)
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and fluent in English.
