As a Front Office Staff, you will represent the company at the front line—welcoming guests, assisting with inquiries, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
Requirements:
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in receptionist, front office, or customer service roles.
Friendly, well-groomed appearance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with administrative systems.
Able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and handle confidential information professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and deliveries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and reception area.
- Handle administrative support tasks such as meeting room bookings, document filing, and visitor logs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
