Qualifications :
- Male maximum age 35 years
- Minimum D3-S1 education in all majors
- Have work experience as GA Staff for at least 2 years
- Honest, disciplined, responsible & thorough
- Have good communication & coordination, ability to manage administration, documentation and inventory effectively
- Master Microsoft Office well
- Having AutoCAD drawing skills is preferred
- Preferably those who have K3 Training certification
- Understand the 5 R system
- Have SIM A
- Willing to be placed at BekasI Head Office
Job Descriptions :
- Carry out work according to instructions and directions from superiors regarding administration or operational reporting from the GA section
- Procuring materials needed for goods/work tools as well as monitoring GA and Security work.
- Storing and distributing uniforms and PPE.
- Record work schedules and overtime calculations in the GA section.
- Record the use of maintenance operational tools and materials and their storage.
- Providing, storing, controlling, recording and distributing work stationery (ATK) and pantry needs.
- Identify sources of B3 & non-B3 waste, carry out management, utilization and storage of B3 & non-B3 waste.
- Manage the employee attendance system & BPJS BPU
- Carry out incidental tasks assigned by superiors
