- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements.
- Reconcile accounts (bank, credit cards, vendor/customer balances).
- Track receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Assist with tax filings (income tax, VAT, withholding tax).
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards.
- Identify cost-saving or efficiency opportunities.
- Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Financial Reporting (P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow).
- Bookkeeping & Reconciliation (AP/AR, bank statements).
- Tax Compliance (VAT, payroll tax, filings).
- Attention to Detail & Deadline-Oriented.
