GENERAL SECRETARY

Hotel Tugu a uniquely artistic and culturally rich luxury hotel, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented General Secretary to join our team for support our leadership team and assist in project and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to directors
- Assist in preparing financial, project, and vendor documentation
- Monitor project budget and payment schedules
- Draft and organize internal and external communication
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and reporting timelines
- Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping systems
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- Min. 2 years of experience as Secretary/PA, ideally in construction
- Good understanding of project costing and budgeting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, professional, and highly organized
Placement
Jakarta
Must be willing to coordinate with project site teams when needed.
