Job Descriptions:
- Work closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests, such as arranging transportation, booking reservations, or providing additional amenities.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly and professional demeanor throughout their stay.
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
Requirement:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum education Diploma I related major.
- Have a year of experience in the same position.
- Have strong leadership, and skills to speak English.
- Hands-on team player with a positive attitude, hard worker, and discipline.
- Proactive and willing to take on challenges.
- Able to join immediately.
