Salary: up to IDR 35 Million per month
Requirement:
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial Corporate Insurance, ideally in healthcare, hospital, or insurance/brokerage industries, and comprehensive expertise in healthcare-focused insurance products.
+ Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets, manage the commercial team, and build new insurance networks.
+ Lead the insurance strategy for the hospital or group, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory compliance, and patient safety priorities.
+ Oversee the selection of brokers and insurance providers, negotiate commercial terms, and manage end-to-end claims processes, including documentation, coordination, and dispute resolution.
+ Maintain strong relationships between the hospital and insurance companies, monitor claims ratios, and optimize claims settlement for operational efficiency.
+ Proficient in ensuring insurance coverage compliance with Indonesian laws (including BPJS, OJK regulations, and local regulations), with strong familiarity with insurance law, OJK regulations, clinical risk, and a commitment to staying updated on changes in healthcare and insurance regulations.
+ Excellent planning, strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, sales, and marketing skills, complemented by strong negotiation abilities.
+ Good in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Hospital Administration or other related fields.
