All about the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of E-commerce to
- Responsible for sales management (Plan Do Check Act), sales in & sales out as the target set.
- Manage, supervise and Support team about P&L and BTL by category mix and in line with company strategy
- Formulate strategies for online platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Blibli, JD.id) and be responsible for driving growth and developing the channel to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Lead the team and cross-functional, execute a comprehensive online sales and ecommerce business plan, tracking sales trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving traffic to the online platform.
What you’ll do:
- Manage product description, price and campaign for entire online ecommerce platform (marketplace and other external channels)
- Maintain Rating review, service level online customers
- Maintain Stock allocation with Supply Chain team
- Analyzing sales insights and incorporating into sales strategy
- Close collaboration with product team for campaign initiatives
- Close cooperation with key information owners in ecommerce channels
- Close cooperation with the marketing team in order to increase traffic by doing CPAS (collaborative performance advertising solution) and other ads
Who you are:
EDUCATION
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferable) in Business, Information System or other relevant disciplines
- Advance Computer literary (MS. Office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in household appliances or the FMCG and/or appliance industry
- Extensive experience as Sales, Marketing and eCommerce Sales in retail industry
- Managerial (P&L, BTL) Category Mix, Sales Planning
- Selling skills: Negotiation, Sales Planning, Product Planning, Market intelligent
- Ability to tackle demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease
- Fundamental knowledge of information technology to keep the platform online
